When you were looking at this research, did it seem to indicate that buyers preferred area “experts” who knew everything about their area, or industry “experts” who knew everything about real estate related information? I’m taking part in an agent marketing program which really encourages us to write regular blogs on local topics to help generate leads, so that we seem more “in the know” about everything for our target area.
