9:00 -10:15 a.m.: E-Marketing Strategies with Microsoft Outlook®: Top Tips and Tricks

Learn the top tricks and tools for using Microsoft Outlook in Real Estate:

  • Features: Drag – N – Drop for Instant Easy Contacts, Calendar Items and Tasks
  • Inbox management: getting control better organization and using rules effectively

In this more advanced Microsoft Outlook class, you’ll learn tips for:

  • Creating a personalized mass mail merge
  • How to synchronize, simplify and merge multiple databases
  • How to manage your time better with the Calendar and Tasks
  • How to change Outlook views, columns, calendar and task for higher productivity
  • The “search” feature
  • How to implement real estate specific Add-Ons for Outlook
  • How to use Action Plans to manage and organize a highly productive real estate business
