Stop & Analyze Your Systems for Success
Do you want to be a successful real estate agent who does 140 transactions a year? One thing that all successful agents have in common is that they have SYSTEMS! It is important for you to not experience the same problem twice. If you’re making a new buyer angry in the same way as a previous buyer that means you need to stop and change something about your business. A lot of the time, business owners know exactly what they’re doing wrong but have never stopped and stepped out of their business to fix the problem! The solution is to STOP after every transaction, create a SYSTEM, review and FIX the problems, and CHANGE the way you do business.
