The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS is sponsoring GRI 3 on Friday, March 2nd – Wednesday March 7th. Mark Porter will be teaching Day 3 of this course - GRI Business Development. In the Business Development course, students will learn how to:

• Create a business and marketing plan for your real estate practice
• Identify prospecting sources
• Implement ideas for prospecting and marketing to your targeted clients
• Track the types of expenses you’ll be responsible for to practice real estate
• Set goals, monitor your progress, and adjust your goals or work plan accordingly
