Attending class is great but sometimes you need individual help or personalized attention. I want to help you.  One on one phone training or consulting is $125 per hour.  Complete the “Contact Us” form and we will set up a time to get you the help that you need.

1.      Outlook Integration and E-Marketing Strategies Consulting

• Create domain name that promotes client’s branding (domain must be purchased by Client)
• Set up email account in Outlook via remote desktop sharing and prevent outgoing mail server issues
• Create auto-signature with compressed picture or logo (photo or logo provided by client)
• Organize Outlook View and Create In-box Processed Folders (if desired)
• Once Outlook email account is set-up, MPL provide consultation that is specific the Client’s needs and/or preferences
• Set  up Rules in Outlook to automatically move specific messages to help manage your inbox
• Provide instruction on attaching files and embedding messages, and sending out mass emails

 2.      Facebook Business Page Set Up with Social Networking Consulting

• Create Facebook Business Page with Personalized URL (Client will provide any and all desired photos or logos)
• If needed, MPL will teach you the basics of adding friends, creating friend lists, updating existing friends, and Inviting Friends in Mass using Outlook Contact List.
• If Client has a blog, MPL with set up the Facebook Business Page to automatically import Blog Updates
• Review the basics of adding EVENTS to your Business Page
• Once content has been added, MPL will teach Client how to Promote Page to Friends
• Provide consultation on how to properly use their Facebook business page PLUS review the 7 pitfalls to avoid!

 3.      YouTube Account Set Up with Video Marketing Consultation; Learn why video marketing is so VITAL in today’s real estate market and let MPL get you started with the basics.

• Set up YouTube account
• Provide detailed training on YouTube account features, including uploading videos
• Provide consultation and training on Search Engine Optimization techniques for YouTube Videos
• MPL will teach user how to embed YouTube videos on their website or blog
• Provide consultation and action plan for creating videos
• Provide consultation on video equipment needed for YouTube videos and as a BONUS, will even provide his recommendations on the best cameras for real
  estate photography!

 4.      iPhone Training

• Set up iTunes account
• Sync iphone to Outlook email account
• Provide recommendations on the hottest and most useful iphone apps for real estate agents
• Provide consultation that is specific to the Client’s needs and/or preferences, as well as provide tips for getting the most out of your iPhone
