According to the NAR Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers (2015), only 12% of Home Buyers use the agent previously to buy or sell a home. That is proof that most agents are not marketing to the right people first! The Profile states that 72% of Buyers would definitely use their real estate agent again or recommend to others (NAR Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers, 2015). So why are only 12% of Buyers using their previous agent? So what happened? They forgot who you were!This trend is not only present with Home Buyers but also with Sellers! Only 24% of Sellers use their previous agent to list their home (NAR Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers, 2015). You sold them the house! They should be using YOU as their listing agent!
