I really appreciate your help a few days ago. I attended one of your 8 week classes 4 or 5 years ago and profited from it greatly. My computer knowledge at that time was below minus 0 but you succeeded in helping me gain the ability to blow away the competition in my farm areas. for that I shall always be grateful.

Your help when I called several days ago needing a solution to a problem with a new digital camera was pretty much a last ditch effort, as the manufacturer’s tech assistance people and others had been jacking me around for days. All I had to show for it was the precious time wasted. There is nothing as desperate as a realtor rescheduling CMA appointments while
trying to master new equipment and programs.

Again, you have earned my utmost respect and gratitude.
